Nature of the document: 90-page Word user manual for a photo printer. CAT: You will have to use Trados Tag Editor. There is no existing translation memory. You will have to create you own. However, there are 35% of repetitions (5.517 words no-match of 8.553 in total). You will receive TTX files and will have to deliver the translated ttx files only since you won't be able to save the target file because of your Trados version. Reference file: You will be provided with a PDF file which is the original French manual with Turkish screenshots. During translation, you will have to refer to the screenshots for harmonization. Delivery: The file to translate will be available by Wednesday afternoon. The delivery date is Monday July 10th by noon. We
will send you back the Word target file for a last review as soon as
we receive your translation. The final delivery date after review is
Wednesday July 12th at 10 am. Applicants should contact allingus ASAP and confirm their Trados version. You will receive the translation kit by Wednesday afternoon. |
