We proudly present the results of our Client Satisfaction Survey.
As a short background information, the purpose of this survey was to measure the general feedback of our customers in compliance with EN 15038 Translation Service - Service Requirements Standard.
This survey was initiated right after the adaptation of the standard into Turkish as TSEN 15038 on February 09, 2009 and responses were collected until the end of May 2009.
29 replies to 10 questions were recevied from clients in Europe, Asia and North America who have been purchasing our survices mainly in technical domains.
Results prove a 97% confidence in our services.
